Please note that this trip includes a lot of walking and requires attendees to be moderately fit and able to walk/hike during certain parts of the itinerary.

All persons under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied by an adult.

<45 Person Trip:   $3575 per person

• Double occupancy lodging (+$1050 for single* occupancy) 

• Most meals as reflected in itinerary

*NOTE:  There are only 6 single rooms available for this trip.  Single rooms will be granted based on registration order and preference.  We will do our best to try to accommodate all requests but this may not be possible.

• Travel Insurance in case of cancellation (highly recommended)

• Meals, other than specified

• Beverages with meals

• Emergency/medical insurance

PAYMENT AND DEADLINES: 

 

An initial non-refundable deposit of $1,500 per person is due upon registration in order to reserve your spot on the trip. The final payment will be due AUGUST 1, 2026.  No refunds will be available for cancellations.

REGISTRATION: 

Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis and will open on APRIL 13TH,  2026 AT 11:59PM EST

 

Note: We are unable to customize food options for everyone on the trip but have tried to ensure that the menu is pleasing for all. Any dietary restrictions due to health reasons will be captured upon registration.
