Covered Costs

Below is a list of what is included/excluded in the cost of the trip.​

Included:

  • Accommodations at **** hotels 

  • Private a/c coach 

  • Daily Breakfast, 9 additional meals (lunch or dinner with water)

  • All planned tours and transfers

  • English speaking Christian tour guide

Not Included:​

  • International Airfare 

  • Personal expenses

  • Health/interruption insurance, inclusive of COVID associated emergencies and delays

  • Meals, other than specified

  • Beverages with meals (except water)

  • Anything that is expressly not indicated as being included above​​

Guidelines

General: 
​
  • All trip rules must be followed.
  • For your safety, it is recommended that everyone remain together throughout the trip unless given permission to do otherwise.
​
Hotels: 
 
  • Assigned room accommodations will only have those designated participants within the rooms.
  • Occupants will be held financially responsible for any damages to the rooms occupied throughout the trip.
  • All incidentals charged to the room will be the responsibility of the designated participants in the room.
  • Long distance phone calls can only be made through the use of credit and phone cards.
  • Please note that no males or females will be allowed to visit each other's rooms.
  • Spouses and siblings may room together (based on double occupancy rates). 
 
Attire:

  • Modest attire is required at all times. Please bring appropriate clothes for the liturgy and leisure activities. This applies to everyone.
 
Behavior:

  • No smoking or consumption of alcoholic beverages will be allowed.
  • Please remember this is a Christian trip and as such you are expected to act accordingly.

PLEASE NOTE: Any disorderly conduct that limits the other participants' right to enjoy a spiritual trip will be dealt with immediately. Adhering to the above rules will guarantee a trip with the utmost in spiritual benefits.
